Seldom post critiques on Facebook, but decided to copy and paste you in. Now it is an hour wait:Getting so very frustrated. At Elizabeth Wend Breast center in Henrietta for the annual mammogram. That's bad enough. But the appt was scheduled for 12:30--50 minutes ago! Then the office patient advocate comes out and says "good news! We are right on schedule!" Really? EWBC cares for your body, mind and soul, from their quick, courteous check-ins, the colorful, deep hued gowns they provide, the decafinated teas and snacks to nibble, the on-site massage, to the quick test results given in privacy. My friend and I go together for morale support and they arranged for us to be together while awaiting our results. Friendly and competent staff.
I'm 24 and had to come in for an ultrasound to diagnose a lump that my PCP found. Thankfully it was just a benign mass and nothing serious but all of the staff (especially Dr. Paulis) were all so helpful and made the appointment so comfortable and easy! They also answered all of my questions and explained everything to me that was going on during the exam!
Love this place. Going for mammogram every time is scary but they always seem to make it a calming experience. They always explain everything and have a great staff.
I went for my cattle drive yesterday. They march you on two by two, you hang out in the pasture with the others until its time to go into your stall for milking. You are then turned out to pasture again to wait with the others until your results come in. Staff is professional, friendly, and polite and they get the job done but you are just a number.
This was my first visit to EWBC and I have nothing but good things to say! They take such good care of you from start to finish! No more dreading that annual appointment!
I was diagnosed Dec 2015 with breast cancer ,it was the scariest day of my life but everyone at ewbc were very comforting through out the whole process and thanks to dr Somerville I am a 16 month survivor forever grateful . 💖💖
Always a nice comfortable place. Everyone is helpful and very friendly!
