Great location downtown. Close to everything you can just walk. The staff is very friendly and the place is just absolutely beautiful!! Highly recommend this place
Booked a night for my family for my wife's birthday. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, but the rooms are worth the price sadly. No microwave in the room, light switches hard to find and uncomfortable beds. The room was very clean, just in need of maintenance. I mean the hotel opened in 2017 and the rooms haven't had too much attention since then. The room service was good and fast for a Friday night. We stay here quite often. Really appreciate the front desk staff. Lots of times we have a surprise when we check in. We will be back.
If you have any problems with your stay don't expect management to go out of their way to make it right. We had a sleepless night due to a very loud A/C fan. Brandon Lin, Director of Rooms, acknowledged it was a faulty fan but declined to offer any amount of refund. He only offered to comp another night stay even though he knew that would be useless to us since we told him we won't be coming back to Fort Collins.
Incredible hotel and an entire vibe all under one roof. Highly recommend.
