Neither outlet worked on the nightstands. Room was very hot despite thermostat being set low. Only one robe.
The rooms are average. There are no closets in the rooms, which is extremly strange. The stark white walls are uninviting. Service in the the restaurant and 5th floor lounge is exteremy poor. The check in associate and room service people do a great job. The room was clean.
