We reserved 7 rooms. We wanted an early check at 1 p.m. for 1 suite so my daughter could get ready for her wedding. They would not budge from their 4 p.m. check in time. The wedding was at 5 p.m. Although the hotel is beautiful, the rooms aren't exceptional for the price. The service is mediocre. Even if you are at an Ambassador level with Marriott, you receive no extra attention at this hotel.
Beautiful hotel. Great location for walking to wonderful eateries.
Called at noon to ask about early check in. Was told yes we can check in at 2pm. We arrive at 2 and are told that the hotels been overbooked and they have cancelled our reservation too bad.
Beautiful hotel in walking distance to so many cool shops, bars and restaurants. We had a balcony room.
