RecommendedThis is really great place to live with a wonderful community based programs led by the tenants.
Toilets break down and fridge leaks and sink leaks and can barely read to turn on and off oven and stove tops washer and dryer barely work have to dry laundry 3 or 4 times til it’s dry
The 1100 has its ups and downs. You need to cover yourself by taking pictures of your apartment the day you sign the lease. The amenities are nice, gym, pool/hot tub, basketball courts. its mostly quiet and in a good location
Went to lease an appartment, did not look anything like what we saw in the model. Thank God we didn't sign the lease the apartment that was "move in ready" was in horrible condition. Waisted 3 weeks waiting to move in just to decide that we absolutely could not live in those conditions. The unit itself is a 700$ apartment, not a 1150$ plus water, trash, rent ins. Etc. mangament is terrible, and they have maintenance on the appetments every month so people are coming in your appetment you can call and tell them not to but they will show up anyways cant wait to move out :)
I love living here. We've been here 4 years. Now that we have dual panel windows, it will be nice and quiet. My thanks to Maria and that great installation guys who worked so hard and quickly.
