What stood out most was how they handled challenges, when an issue came up during inspection, they stepped in immediately and made sure everything stayed on track. MY WIFE AND I HAD OUR HOME CUSTOM BUILT IN 1996. THIS WAS OUR DREAM HOME FULL OF MEMORIES. DUE TO HEALTH REASON WE HAD TO MOVE. WE EXPLAINED TO THERESA HALVERSON OUR SITUATION. WE HAD TO LEAVE THE HOUSE EMPTY. SHE CALLED IN HER TEAM, THEY WERE EXCELLENT. STAGED THE HOUSE WITH FURNITURE, DRAPES, ETC. HELD NUMEROUS OPEN HOUSES. KEPT US IN THE LOOP AND UP TO DATE.
