I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I can’t say enough good things about this spa! The staff is always professional, friendly, and attentive, making every visit a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The new location is absolutely perfect on Jacksonville Beach and adds to the overall ambiance. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable, especially for the 5-star service they provide. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality treatments and excellent care!
I love the elements. I only recommend them to my friends and family. They are friendly and professional and pricing for weightloss is lowest I've seen anywhere. Veronica is amazing very helpful.
The parking situation at the new location is chaos ☹️
I bought a Groupon and went there for the amount sessions offered. It was alright but definitely not permanent hair removal as they do not use laser. Great location and friendly staff. My only complaint is that the girls at the front desk always asked out loud if I wanted to leave gratuity. I feel like they do it to pressure you and make you feel guilty in front of other customers and I really don’t like that practice. I’ve been to several spas and none asked me for tips. Oh. My. Gosh. I'm a Merchant Marine who has traveled all over the world for over 10 years. I've had massages in most ports, and NO ONE has come close to Unique. Management-she deserves a raise! LOL 😆 Thank you for the best massage ever Unique!!
