Just 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe and 20 minutes up the Mount Rose Highway with local schools including Donner Springs Elementary, Pine Middle School and Damonte High School. The Element is a pet friendly community welcoming both cats and dogs with only a few breed restrictions.

We are new to the area and looking for a place to live ASAP. We were able to call and schedule a same day tour and felt very welcomed. The front office staff was very friendly and informative. We applied and got the news that we got accepted all within an hour of leaving the tour. We are excited for our new adventures in Reno and our new home here!
A great place to live. There is no longer a tennis court on the property. It has been turned into a dog run. Very friendly management and is always maintained well
Fantastic people in the front office. Very helpful and accommodating. Super amazing maintenance people. Quiet, clean community. Awesome communication between management and tenants. Definitely the best apartment complex I've lived in. Highly recommend and wish I could give more than 5 stars! The best.
I love living here so far! I have been here 6 months with no problems! I definately recommend The Element.
