They were great! I went to Jo for a downsizing and to check on a piercing that had thrown a tantrum (luckily it sorted out and seems for now it can stay, eyebrows are so much trouble but i love it) it was a good experience in both cases. They're friendly and accepting, didn't even blink at my disabilities. There are chemical fumes from the salon next door but they can't help that and have put air purifiers in the piercing rooms to combat it! They also will wear masks if you're being covid safe.
