I've been shopping TES for a long time. They have some great designs, but the fit is all over the place and their garments pill just looking at them. I wish they would do something about that. They need to be more transparent about their cashmere.
I've been shopping TES for a long time. They have some great designs, but the fit is all over the place and their garments pill just looking at them. I wish they would do something about that. They need to be more transparent about their cashmere.
I placed an order on their website. Three days later, they said one item was out of stock. I told them to send it without it. Another 10 days passed, during which I wrote and asked when my order would be shipped, but I received no response. After 10 days, they simply canceled the entire order without a word. The worst customer experience I've ever had.
bought a couple of their stuff, and own some competitors from the same price range. my honest review: 1. quality of material: 0.5/5 - their cashmere is pretty mediocre, nowhere near the level of beggxco, and johnstons etc. flimsy for the price, starts pilling quite easily after short term wear. - their lining are way too easy to break, even for luxury standard. but again, luxury clothing quality has taken a plunge in the past ten years. - note these are their normal line, not the zegna collab one. zegna has solid cashmeres, ... read more
