Tim was amazing to work with. As first time home buyers, we really had no idea what to do or expect. Tim walked us through the entire process, he also gave us realistic expectations and recommendations based on our budget. Within a week, Tim found us our dream home. We decided on a new build and he went above in beyond to get the builder to early release the corner lot that we wanted. He was patient, very informative, made detailed notes of preferences and styles so that he could really make accurate selections for me to choose from.
