Micah is a great agent. My wife and I were looking to buy a house. We reached out to Micah with in a day he found 10 house we went and checked out. The next day we put in an offer. I seldom give negative reviews but sometimes feel it is warranted to help others avoid an unusually bad experience. We rented a home from Micah Olson on this team and had a very disappointing experience. The agent was unprofessional, lacked knowledge of basic real estate transactions, was unreliable in keeping his word or agreements in the lease, and self-serving throughout. Micah has been our agent twice and we will keep using him if we move again. He is absolutely fantastic at communicating and getting things moving quickly. He is very knowledgeable and uses that to write very competitive offers. I also really like that he isn't pushy, but helps you find what YOU want!
