I definitely love the space and modernity of the complex. One biggest issue they have here is a lack of parking space for residents. I’ve definitely had to park on the street a few times. Other than that, living here is pretty good :)
My fiance and I have lived here for one year and will be renewing our lease in August for another year. We absolutely love the property and the location can't be beat. Walking to Edgewater, fun spots like Terrestrial Brewing Company and Toast are all in walking distance. The staff works diligently to put together fun events like Food Truck Tuesday and movie nights on the lawn.
