My roommate and I love living here and the location. The maintenance service is always very quick to come and respond to our needs, usually same day! Always polite and eager to help.

My partner and I lived in the Edison from 2019 – 2020. We had such a negative experience with our other residents and the property manager, that we would not recommend anyone else live there. Our first five months at the Edison were, for the most part, fine. However, six months in, new neighbors move into the apartment above us, and they were incredibly inconsiderate. We are not sure what these neighbors were doing in their apartment, but the noises that we heard from above ... Continue Reading

My wife and I absolutely loved living here and really had little to no complaints about anything throughout the span of our lease. However, we have had a very bad move out experience. We still have not received our security deposit despite moving out almost 5 months ago. We have been clear about our forwarding address and have periodically followed up, but at this point, the staff has gone radio silent. Additionally, some of our friends had trouble getting their application fee back after choosing not to live at the Edison. ... read more

I dont recommend a single thing. The building is quite literally falling apart. There has been many auto break-ins with no cameras or security for your protection. Trash is thrown everywhere, walls are cracking, residents hang bags of their dog feces on their hallway door handle. I know several residents with serious issues and management does not acknowledge or fix them, you expect the luxurious living that is advertised but that is not what you receive. Why pay 2k plus in rent monthly at the Edison when you can find much b... read more

Okay apartments, definitely not worth the price they are built very cheap. The noise and parking is the worst and I should have read reviews before signing a lease. Will most likely not renew my lease especially with all the new apartments in the area. Also the management is HORRIBLE. So rude and unhelpful with any issues, especially one in particular, I can never remember her name but she is blonde. Honestly I can’t believe she has a job here still. With paying over $2300 a month you would think there would be a certain pro... read more

Great looking complex, but under terrible management. I have lived here for a year and would not recommend. I have had a few minor issues but the management is never in the office and never responds to emails. I was expecting much more from a property that labels itself as luxury. Also, parking is terrible. You better park before 10 on a weeknight or you will have to park on an isolated, dimly lit street. As often as it snows here, you would think they have a policy in place for removing snow from the sidewalks/street/parkin... read more
