I just moved in, and thank to Yesenia for helping me out and she wonderful so thankful for her. Yes A/C can be difficult but they manage to help me out quickly with no problems. This place is basically for someone that can afford and perfect to stay at and near by every stores such as HEB,WALMART,TRADER JOE, AND ETC.
Terrible, laundry hookups been spraying for DAYS, tub not draining. Bugs, flies and roaches everywhere no matter how hard you clean they come back someway. I put in a maintenance request almost a week now and nothing. they’re cheap and now we see why. DONT MOVE HERE! Update/response: No thank you we took care of the problem ourselves as well as just dealing with the ones we can’t fix. Haven’t been here long . Very disappointed in this place. Before I call the city I’m give them a chance but my patients is short when the office doesn’t return calls and do follow up on maintenance they need to start turning in work orders cause this is beyond negligence to tenants
If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!!! Constant problems inside of my unit. From Electrical problems to mold to appliances issues. And the maintenance team has ZERO sense of urgency to fix things and complete work orders. Predatory staff are not clear about lease terms and conditions and will tell you they can get you a washer and dryer but no washer and dryers are available to rent, buy or add to the lease.
