RecommendedI've had an amazing experience living at the Edison for over a year now. The management and maintenance team are incredibly personable, efficient, and kind. It's nice to know that they know my name and they wave in the hallways! Feels good to have community! ALSO, it's one of the best locations in the city! Grocery store, restaurants, multiple breweries, pubs, clothing stores, and so much more. All within walking distance!
The Edison is located in an AMAZING location!! The property is well kept up and the view is amazing. If you like to go out then this is the place you want to be at. There is so many things to do around here and the atmosphere is great. The property manager is amazing and very attentive to the needs of the residents and also very professional!! Would highly recommend. 👍🏽
The Edison is a beautiful complex. As I was looking for a new place to live I contacted management. Ms. Reagan Townsend answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and truly made my apartment searching journey the best it could be. I fell in love with the pool, building design, and the parking is great as well! The units themselves are just beautiful. 5/5 recommend anyone to look into this complex!

This is one awful apartment complex. I would stay away! The reason why it is in the best location but lowest rates is because the neglect on this building and the awful management team. I was a resident of the Edison from February 2017 through July 2019. Originally, the building was managed by MyNiche Apartments. While not perfect, MyNiche was at least responsive to tenant concerns. Property management transferred to RKW Residential in November 2018. This is when property management at the Edison went truly downhill.
