Edgemore Nicely snuggled away in the trees so you hear the birds and bees but are within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Springfield metro is close by for commuters. . I give it a three because although it is a great locaton, the kitchen is small and out of date, the washer and dryer are small sized and nothing special about the bathrooms (no soaking tubs or nice walk in showers in either of the two baths.)
Nice place and great area. I have lived at the Edgemoore for 15 months and I have just renewed my lease for another year. It is a great place with lots of trees and it is within walking distance of about anything you need. When something breaks the staff fixes very quickly.
Excellant management staff Management staff is very helpful, Min, the property manager, is very helpful and caring to the residents needs and welfare.
Peaceful Community with Great Community This is my fourth year here and it gets better and better every year. It is a great community that is close to good schools and major attractions. Apartments and the community are clean and peaceful. Management and the whole maintanence team are giving a great service. They are all over the place and responsive.
Well Worth the Rent! I lived there for six years and would have continued to stay, but due to a family health problem I had to break my lease. The office staff went out of their way to help me which I completely appreciate!! In the six years I lived there, everyone was really nice and responsive. The location is great! You're near the metro, shopping centers, the beltway but at the same time, you've got woods surrounding the property.
