The worst service and their office is 90% closed. If you request service it will take forever.
Edit: this review is now old. Since I left I had to work with Lisa to resolve an issue and she was of great help. I’ve lived on this building for a combined duration of about 6 years. (2015 - 2019 / 2022 - current). It was a great place to live and I had no complaints until about 2 years ago, hence why I came back after moving away for some time.
