I’ve really enjoyed my time living at The Edge of Town. The management is professional and attentive, and the overall hospitality here is top-notch. The building is always clean, and maintenance requests are handled quickly by a reliable team. I also want to give a special mention to Liza—she’s been especially helpful and kind, always going the extra mile to make sure residents are taken care of. Her positive attitude makes a big difference. Highly recommend this place!
I've had an excellent experience to since moving in to Edge of Uptown. Lisa has been amazing and always prompt to respond when any questions arise or help is needed with anything. The apts are great, spacious and well cared for. Quiet atmosphere, good neighbors. Altogether, a great place to live.
Didn't end up renting an apartment with them, but Lisa was very helpful in answering my (many) questions, and quickly provided pictures and videos of the units I was interested in within an hour of our first phone call.
Past resident 2019-2023, I will just say living here was great. Quiet, spacious and a good value. You 100% need a garage spot as street parking fills quickly and people leave their 2nd or 3rd, non running project cars in the parking lot for weeks on end so there is rarely a spot. Had some serious issues post move out, being charged for a 2 bedroom carpet cleaning, assured(by Eddie) that upon submitting a receipt from the carpet cleaning company it would be refunded.
