My experience at Edge Hair Salon with Skye was exceptional. From the warm welcome at the door to the thoughtful consultation, every detail felt intentional. Skye is knowledgeable and took the time to explain each product and step, ensuring my hair’s health and long-term goals were prioritized. I left feeling confident, informed, and very pleased with my results. Highly recommend.
My experience at this salon was terrible. The so-called natural hair consultation was a marketing gimmick, and they tried to force additional expensive services on me that I didn't ask for. Not sure if the woman I dealt with initially was the owner - she copped such an attitude when I wanted to stick with what I came in for (which was just a hair education and basic hair consultation, as advertised on their website), she literally walked off in a huff. I went to the salon for the first time to get my hair done, and my initial impression was how well-maintained the space was. It was brightly lit, clean, and well-organized, with the sign-in kiosk, snacks in the waiting area, and products neatly displayed. One of the stylists greeted me and took my coat while I waited. When I was called back, two people worked on my hair while also attending to other clients, which was fine. Excellent experience. Anamaria and Sky gave the best service. Diamond was so pleasant over the phone that it made me excited to come for my appointment. I came in to cut my locs after 14yrs of growing them. My scalp was very dry. Sky scratched my scalp and removed the dead skin (they were so nice and professional they didnt call it dandruff lol) She put a purifying oil in each section of my scalp and gave me a scalp massage.
