Byron and Devon are amazing individuals. In fact the whole staff is. The only problem is Laura Caruso, promised me she would cancel my membership and would not lift a finger, Horrible dismissive employee why is she working there?
The facility is clean, However... the overall experience at this location is just terrible. The gym itself is so packed with equipment on top of equipment, the front desk staff are usually clueless and have no clue what they are doing and lack general people skills.. Just seems like its a free for all with absolutely no leadership present. Equipment is broken most of the time, pre workout is usually sitting on a pallet in the office area with empty fridges out front, checking a guest in has become a nightmare... not to menti... read more
Definitely Edge Fitness has gotten a much better with more equipment HOWEVER!! the issue is MUSIC!!! I believe they have close to 40 high quality digital speakers And only four of the speakers are working for music, They said that we’re going to have all of the speakers working with high digital clarity two years ago!!!
