Extremely disappointed to learn that my stylist, Kayla Campanello, was let go. She was the one bright spot at your salon. Always smiling, friendly and professional, she was the reason why I recommended Mystic to all of my friends and relatives. No one that I know has ever had a problem with Kayla's customer service or her hair services. I honestly feel that your salon has lost a valuable up-and-coming stylist who will certainly take her following elsewhere and be truly appreciated for the professional she is.

I love this salon. From the moment you walk in they make you feel so welcome and special. They are professional and friendly. The stylist Ruth) picked out a new look for me and did an excellent job. I had my first appointment yesterday. Jenny cut my hair so well, with some caution since it's really long and I didn't want to get it too short. She layered just like I wanted and asked throughout the cutting process if I was satisfied. I was really happy with my hair cut. Finally found a hairdresser that I am super satisfied with! Also, I was surprised how big the salon was and really busy which indicates it's a good salon. Friendly and social staff which made this a place I'll definitely get my next haircut at again.
