WOWED!-Is how I can describe my experience with this community. I am in search of a home for an out of town relative and she will love this place! From the friendly staff, newly renovated clubhouse and new fitness center-they have it all. Thank you for being so accomodating and helpful, this community is on the top of our list!
This company is trash. My father and I cleaned this place spotless before I moved. We left a jug of milk in the fridge so that it wouldn't smell... apparently that causes a cleaning fee... a $520 cleaning fee. They took our deposit ($300) and sent us a letter from collections for $220 more to "finish the job". Unbelievable. Ruining my credit since I moved. Logans pointe is a mystery stain on the pants of society.
Mold, tons of stray cats, gate always broke, tons of garbage that just sat by the dumpster, pool seemed like it was always broken and closed, fences around the property has random openings that allows non-residents to enter, the pond has garbage and empty cans floating in it, some units have more then 2 families living in them... would of been a 2 if the pool hours were longer! I mean really?? Pool closes at 5? Really And that's just a few
The customer service is amazing, I really enjoyed the tour of the model apartment. This complex has great potential to raise my family in a beautiful and friendly atmosphere. Thanks Logans Pointe for everything!
