I have been living in the Edge for over a year. My overall experience has been very good. It’s clean, safe and it’s in a very convenient location. What stands out the most are the warm welcome you receive from the front desk from Alicia, Sarah and Wilma. They greet you every time you walk in, always asks you about your day and always go out of their way to put a smile on your face. The Edge management are very lucky to have these 3 women working for them.
We love living here. The management and concierge staff are so kind, helpful and professional. The apartments here offer so much more than any of the other developments we checked out. So happy we made this move.

They literally charge you for everything upon move out including paint touch ups and carpet cleaning which I’m pretty sure isn’t even legal. Do not rent here.

I had recentley rented an apartment. Adter finishing my lease they had ch arged me a ridiculous amount of extra fees when i had left the place spotless. They are straight up robbing people and it is not right i am contacting the township . DO NOT RENT HERE. Worst experience in the world.
Nice apartment, friendly staff, great location. As an addition free coffee, free Sunday breakfast and brand new gym! Love it!
