Four of us ate at the Eddy Saturday night. It was a much anticipated first visit as we had heard some good things and we were celebrating someone’s birthday. It’s a small, but charming place right on the Haw River. We loved the all the warm woods, and the copper border around the bar. The atmosphere is great and the menu was original & the dishes intriguing. However, the waitress clocked out at the end of her shift, in the middle of our dinner, & no one came back to help us. Finally, we flagged down the hostess who sat us, she also had wallet & car key in hand as she was leaving, but she did bring us our bill. It was bizarre. All in all the experience was great, because the view on the outside deck, the menu, beer selection was awesome, & the entertainment was soothing. A must try!
Love this place. Food is spectacular. Atmosphere even better!!!!
