Couldn't have been a better experience. Rachel helped sell my property and find a new one in the best way possible. My condo went from listing to in escrow within 5 days, and at well over asking. This wasn't because I lived in a hot neighborhood - this was because Rachel was diligent in researching the area, wisely suggested strategic pricing, and engaged with every prospective buyer.
