We had decided to go with another top realtor but a friend recommended we call Ed before making a final decision. Ed thought the other realtor was about $100K low on his suggested asking price. Even with the higher asking price, Ed expected offers to come in higher. We ended up at $78K over asking, so Ed brought us in close to $200K in additional revenue! Take my word for it - you can try and hire another realtor but you will come back to the Kaminsky team a few months later begging for them to help you. These guys (specifically Ed and Miguel but the whole team is amazing) are my personal real estate gurus.
