**Year update** 3/27/26 I think the only complaint that I really have living here my first year is the HVAC system in our apartment it struggles it doesn't matter if you put the a/c on it continues to struggle it doesn't maintain the temperature that you put it on . the control box (attached picture) is in the hallway so I'm thinking maybe it's the control box itself. BEWARE!!! This property has no presence of security for residents despite the high amount of rent they are charging. Soliciting is extreme ( AT&T, Johova witnesses, taxi and food business) are constantly leaving notes and cards on your door. But what really takes the cake is the porch pirate wearing a dusty fake Amazon vest which I captured on my camera, who stole packages from my front door containing 10 pairs of scrubs for my innocent students! Not a horrible place but could do better with resident work orders. One very patient and pleasant helpful lady in the office (major introvert here so don’t ask me her name :)) if this lady is not in the office nothing gets done - actually, this is the second time I’ve had anything like this happen and both time she’s not there. No personal issues with the maintance crew just wish they spoke a bit more English than none. When in Rome? No? Just fyi after over a year my hot water heater started to hiss out of some type of frust... read more
