Forced to break my lease due to unaddressed neighbor disruptions, very LOUD neighbors and a severe, recurring ant infestation where swarms came onto my bed and covered my registered ESA's food bowl. Corporate management (Parktown Living) is currently refusing to respond or waive the $1,140 fee despite video proof of the unlivable conditions. Videos attached of ant infestation, and loud parties happening.
