Great firm with great people working there. Not only the lawyer, everyone at the firm is very knowledgeable and explains things to my level of understanding. The lawyer purposefully doesn’t use big legal words to make sure I understand what is happening. If I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would.
Our firm has worked with The Echols firm on several accounts and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Boniface is very knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Our entire staff agrees that we would absolutely recommend The Echols Firm for anyone needing assistance.

Referred thru Hyatt legal.....Poor customer service!!! When you do get a response from Attorney Echols, they are very sarcastic and condescending remarks. He’s very rude and impatient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using him At ALL!!!
Referred by Hyatt, needing assistance with Chapt 13. Receptionist was very rude and stated not able to assist. It's my understanding the Attorney has practiced for more than 20yrs. I was not sure why she was speaking on the Attorney's behalf. I'd rather the Attorney tell me he's not able to assist than what seems to be someone blocking him from helping people...smh.. Horrible service. She needs to be replaced
