They suck! Sold me a top of the line ebike 2 years ago. Had all servicing plus purchased saddle bags, helmets etc. there only to find out today that they no longer service what they sold. F*cking bandits.
We purchased 2 IGO Ebikes and within less than 400km both ebikes started making a loud strange "clicking" noise. I contacted IGO who stated I needed to deal with the Ebike Centre. I contacted them and was informed they had no mechanic and the owner was on holidays for three weeks. No one called me even knowing my concern. After a few calls I was told to bring them in, which I did bring and the owner was a upset and asked why. He eventually agreed to look at them. Sketchy reputation poor customer service poor quality product overpriced total lack of warranty responsibility. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF I could rate them lower than one star, I would. FAIL Rude to customers in the store while I was bringing in their sketchy battery that failed after 2 months and no replacement from vendor or manufacturer Pedal fell off after 1 day Lights stopped working after 1 month Worst shopping/customer experience.
