The Eberly Company just took over my apartment building and I have to say I'm very impressed!! I moved in about a year ago, and the management had not even finished the repairs from before I moved in. They never returned calls and never fixed anything. But, Eberly took over about two months ago, and things have never been better! They took care of all of the leftover maintenance in my apartment, as well as making repairs to the building itself such as cleaning the hallway carpets and getting a new gardener. All I have to say, is that Eberly Co. is doing an excellent job by taking care of the building and problems that happen sometimes. We lived in the same building in Sherman Oaks for 10 years and all we had is good, professional service. We will recommend this company to everyone who is looking to rent an apartment managed by warm and professional people. Thank you!
They are a great management company! I'll bet you 90% of the complainers are the trouble makers. I live on their property in Studio City and they are very receptive about their tenants concerns and always address the trouble tenants timely, that's probably why they are hating on Yelp. If you are a good neighbor, respect others, and follow the rules then you will not have issues with the management company.
As a renter, I had a great experience with The Eberly Company. I mainly interacted with Ken, the onsite property manager at the apartments. He, and the rest of the staff there, were always friendly and genuine. The property I rented was in excellent shape, and if I ever needed an issue resolved (which was hardly ever) they were very quick to take care of it.
Great apartments! Great managers! Great locations! Would definitely rent from this company again!! Highly recommend :)

Excellent experience. My property had excessive deferred maintenance (was formerly owned by my elderly mother). The Eberly Company and their staff and select vendors quickly and efficiency had all of the problems corrected in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very fair cost.
