Dr. Chanin is someone who takes tremendous pride in his work and truly cares aboiut his patients. He dedicated time to thoroughly explain each part of the process in creating my orthotics from educating me about my condition to designing my inserts and ensuring the perfect fit. I couldn't be happier witht he result as I feel like my old self again with the inserts he created for me.
Dr. Chanin has been amazing to work with! I’ve had two ankle surgeries and a foot surgery so I am no stranger to foot/ankle pain. After my most recent surgery, my surgeon told me I needed to get custom orthotics made and that he did not recommend anyone but Dr. Chanin. I spent a little more than 3 hours at my appointment with him but that included an evaluation, making my orthotics on the spot, and adjustments. Have had my orthotics for a week and my feet feel great. Tom spent 3+ hours with me (great conversation on more than just feet) and it was a excellent experience. I learned a lot about how to take care of my feet which in turn helps out with my knees, hips and lower back. Follow his advice, SOS - good Shoes, Orthotics and Stretching. Thanks again Tom.
Tom put his patience first. I totally love my arch supports. What a huge difference it has made. Not only for me, but my husband and he is walking taller and straighter after beating up his body. I’m going to be his lifetime patient he makes certain that the product he sells is the Perfect fit. So grateful I was referred to him.
A thorough exam with lots of biomechanics education. Dr Chanin spends time getting movement and injury history and incorporates that into the construction of orthotics. He offers suggestions on future footwear purchases and educates clients on particulars to look for when purchasing shoes. A great experience. Highly recommend.
