Love it here!!! The staff is awesome. Ashley and Jennifer are always available for assistance. Johnnie and the maintenance crew are the very best.
They were so rude to me and my gf when we came to see an apartment. The manager got there 20 min late after our appointment and didn’t say sorry then acted like we bothered her the whole time. The apartment was okay but she said it’s not the actual unit and quoted us almost 2 grand/mo. for a 700 sq ft 1 bd! That’s hundreds more than other apartments in Oak Lawn. The hallways stay dirty with a loud odor making it embarrassing to even have company. They were notified about the halls a week ago and no one still hasn’t been to clean any of the floors. If a cleaning company isn’t available then management should take pride in the apartment building and do it themselves.
The Dylan does not care about animals. Their tenant has a helpless dog on the patio for days crying with no food. They admit the owner is out of town and hang up on us when we call. We called DAS and the police. I hope the dog stays alive in this heat. The management needs to care. This is animal cruelty.
