Salesmen lied to us into buying a franchise now they want to litigate us.
Very poor service. I bought a franchise and for months, I was supposedly open, and paying royalties 325 every week for 5 months, before it came to my attention that my system was not working. They refuse to make me whole, and wont respond via email. I told them that speaking to them was affecting my mental health, but they insist on speaking. This was the saddest and most horrific experience I have ever had with a company. I would NEVER recommend Mr. Rooter **** for anything at all. The short version of my review is 1) Complete Lack of Communication from the company (never knew who was coming or when, rarely got calls about things), 2) Completely Opposite Information given by employees from the same office (which means someone either provided an answer without actually knowing a true one or someone had to be lying either of which is a problem), 3) Lack of Concern... read more
Mr. Rooter is the worst plumbing company in ****. They made it impossible for me to finish the work on my slab leak plumbing job. After they sent an excavator team (from another company), they would not communicate with me and objected to my asking for updates. They eventually told me they were pulling my permit and would not finish the job. They would not let me speak to their owner to register my complaints.
$75 for technician comes to check why the drain backups at laundry room. He couldn't check it by the camera due to the drainage is too small. He said he would run the snake to see what happen. I didn't hear how much is the charge for, thought it was the work to figure out what is wrong.
