Absolulty the worst service ever. Even in writing I addressed my concerns I was completly ignored and they denied everythine even when I sent pictures of the damage caused by their staff. If it is a Neighbourly related company run and run fast!
Absolulty the worst service ever. Even in writing I addressed my concerns I was completly ignored and they denied everythine even when I sent pictures of the damage caused by their staff. If it is a Neighbourly related company run and run fast!
Mr. ******** in *********************** / ********* was contacted to fix my whole house fan. They sold my partner an attic fan and did not address the house fan. Called them back to repair the house fan. They replaced the motor and did not hook up electrical wires correctly - now they will not return my calls. Contacted corporate office at Neighborly, who will not return calls and I have never received an invoice for what I have paid (over $3K).

Beware! I was a ************ franchise owner and this corporation had a heavy hand in putting me out of business. They use the existing branchs website to market outside of your territory. When you gained enough business in that area, the corporation sells it to a new owner. The corporation does not clean up your website and ****** gets confused dropping your call volume down to the point where you cant break even. Call volume affects the entire business. I hired Air Serv of ******* (**) in March, 2024 to install a new AC compressor. The cost was $3,000 with a limited warranty of 18 months. The system does not work now and has all kinds of installation problems!! The local franchise has obviously gone out of business (rightfully so)! I have contacted the Neighborly corporate or headquarters office in ****, ** more than 5 times with no success in getting management to call me back. The people that answer the phone are cordial and nice, but nothing is happening once I leave my ... read more

On 5/21/24, I inquired about services here in **************** and apparently the message is routed to *****************. The following day I returned a missed call from ***** who initially said that he had called some time ago. I told him it was only two hours ago. Anyways, I explained a vent I wanted to replace and it was clear he was not familiar that I had described several times. He asked for photos and I sent them to him.
