The Dwellings is a good place for those on a budget. I have lived here about 5 years. The price is right considering it currently, still includes 3 meals a day, laundry facility, electricity and internet. The one thing I do not like is there is only one HVAC in the main area and it does not do the job in the other rooms, as much especially the bathroom and we do not have a tub. Well my issue isn't moreso the property because I love the residents there. But the issue is with the manager Shannon. She is very rude, non empathetic, sneaky and frankly does not know what she's doing. I was promised to be hired as maintenance tech and she was going to push my application thru as I was temp there. I showed up on time did my job well and yet I randomly get fired? A day or so after I get let go I saw the job posted for maintenance tech on indeed. Let's start with this....I've lived here nearly 3yrs. The cafeteria staff , maintenance, and Latrell in the front of the office are sweethearts. The Dwellings is very cozy feeling when it comes to the neighbors. One issue is some ppl like to fly through here speeding speaking of the speedbumps are placed absolutely in a terrible place and Ruins the purpose of having them when half the road is open for ppl to weave through them who ever choose that place to put them needs to get a different job.
