Steven and Emily were incredibly helpful throughout my home-purchasing experience. I was a first-time home-buyer and they did a great job of getting me up to speed on what I needed to know. In the red-hot housing market of Seattle, they were patient while we toured and placed offers on many condos. I felt that they really had my back and made sure I was competitive in my offers without letting me place offers that were exorbitant for the property.
