I don't often write reviews but needed to share how great my experience with the Dutchman Group was. I needed a new laminate floor installed in the bedroom (I ripped out the old carpet) and found The Dutchman Group. Cody was so professional and reasonable when he gave me the estimate. They then made the install so easy and quick. The floor is beautiful and I'm so happy with it. So impressed I've asked them for estimates of my other projects. FIVE stars!
I had a tenant leave my house a disaster. These guys came in and completely replaced the baseboards, door, and window casings. They also replaced the carpet with laminate flooring. The Dutchmen Group did an immaculate job and I will hire them again if I need them.
Earlier this year I had a floor installer quit mid job- it was a disaster. The Dutchman group came in, corrected his mistakes, finished my floor, and reinstalled my base board and shoe mold. It was all a smooth process after hiring them, and the room looks amazing!
Wow! Another site helped me find The Dutchman Group and the work they do is outstanding. I highly recommend this company. Cody was responsive and extremely professional working in a very challenging environment. My tenant was highly uncooperative and interfering, yet the company worked through this difficulty and produced an incredible renovation at the agreed upon price. Since I was so impressed with the quality, responsiveness, and professionalism during the contract, I even asked for additional work from them while there.... read more
