Worst hotel room I’ve had in ages. First room they gave me had an industrial HVAC unit right outside the window thromming away. Only other option was a room so oddly designed that you could barely pull out the chair to use the desk and you literally had to turn sideways to enter the shower. But you do get a nice 32” TV… sadly stuck here for three nights.
While the staff were exceptionally attentive and kind, the hotel room itself was disappointing. I checked in on March 26th and encountered several issues. The promised view was obstructed as the blinds were broken and required manual manipulation to stay open. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool. Additionally, the bathroom and bedside lights flickered, and the toilet ran constantly, making it difficult to sleep. It's not worth it for the price. You're basically paying for the location.
The place needs an upgrade, not bad just dated. However, the service and staff are so exceptional that you can overlook that and enjoy a fabulous stay, great food, drink and energy. Great location. Will be back , hopefully with some room upgrades.
This hotel is amazing! The service is impeccable! We loved the robes and slippers. We also appreciated the chocolate and water next to our bed each night. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Just returned from a lovely two night stay. We were there to do some sightseeing and the hotel was located in a good area to eat and shop right nearby or hop on the nearby train. The heated floors in the bathroom were a luxury I didn't know I wanted, and the robes, turndown service and chocolates left were great touches I rarely see anymore even in the higher end hotels.
