I’ve bought and sold a few homes in my lifetime, and I can honestly say this was one of the most frustrating real estate experiences I’ve had. I was told Dulcie herself would be meeting with us; only for someone else from her office to show up in her place with no warning or explanation. I had a terrible experience dealing with The Dulcie Crawford Group. From the beginning, communication was frustrating. Multiple times she showed up late (or not at all) to meetings we had scheduled. On five separate occasions, I waited around while she either ghosted or showed up well past the agreed time.
