Huge thumbs down to the way I was treated last night when I called trying to purchase a simple part to keep my house nice and cool with a 1.5 yr old girl and 6 year old boy all I needed was a simple fan motor yet was refused unless I agreed to pay their ridiculous rates to come out and install. **check out Gilbert Air, this gentleman came through at midnight and sold me top of the line parts. I installed myself in just over an hour, fine Americans over there at Gilbert Air!
