Recommendedmy whole experience here was great the staff is knowledgeable and polite along with their supervisor, the car wash is always clean as well as the lube center everyday I'll keep going there and refer my friends there

So I decided to go wash my car since It issuch a beautiful day.... as I am getting guided into the car wash the kid has me up on the guide rail, so I reversed be I could feel my car going over the rail. As I pull out there are 2 men that are Conveniently standing outside of the car wash (duke employees) chatting. I pull around to sweep out my car and they let me know I have a flat tire on the front passenger side. Upon further inspection the notices my valve stem had been snapped off. Odd? my car needed a little help sprayed off
Always very quick and professional and friendly
I’ve never been here for an oil change but I’m glad I stopped in! They were extremely accommodating!! They even asked me if I wanted to spray my favorite perfume on my new cabin air filter before they put it in! So of course I did! 😁 Side note: They do so much more than just oil changes!

Striped out my oil plug. Put in extended one an didn't tell me.3days later it fell out cuz they striped it out too.Mike Chew tells me I have ta fix it an for my trouble I get a carwash.bunch of bullshit!! Train your pimple faced kid's how ta do the job!!!
The guy couldn't find my truck in system! I go here all the time. He entered the vin number wrong. Then argued with me when I tried to correct him. Won't go back!!!!
