I do not like the new look. Prices have raised while food quality has diminished along with the customer service. Took us asking 3 people for our waters. Went just for a few drinks and stated that but the waitress kept hounding us to order food. Was not enjoyable. Tried it another time after our first bad experience and decided not again.
I can't say how much I loved this place, the food the service atmosphere is wow!! Not only did we receive excellent service on a busy night but we got hot food. That to me is A+ thank you for such a great experience. Definitely coming back!
The best food and service in town. We especially love the burgers and onion rings.

I would recommend the Dug Out and give it five stars. The place is immaculate, the food is delicious, and The waitresses are so good. It was my first time, but won't be my last excellent place
