Dr. Wilder is amazing. She was there when I needed her and talked me through so many struggles. She is understanding and motivating!

Every bill I receive from The Duff Wilder Group feels like harassment. Last year, I was searching for a mental health therapist who accepted Medicaid. When I contacted their office, I learned the provider was within the Medicaid network. I was told to fill out an online questionnaire to schedule an appointment. I sent an email wednesday September 3rd to Dr Sondra and her team. Nobody in my area is accepting new patience. Her being over an hour away I was more than fine with the drive. Dr. So dramatic reached out and said that she would have her office assistant reach out shortly to schedule. It is now 5:01 pm Friday September 5th. I have heard nothing after that initial email. Im just done asking for help in the state of alabama.
