We moved in last March 2023 and so far this has been our experience: - Smell of marijuana from our neighbor - the building did nothing about it despite it being against the building rules - FBI raided said neighbor's apartment - SWAT team of at least 15 all heavily armed and pointing their guns everywhere (I have a toddler who wasn’t even 1 at the time) - - A rockslide in September damaged loads of cars - the building did NOTHING to prevent any future rockslides (nor did they compensate peo... read more
