We had water damage from a fridge leak. The Dry Out Guys came out within 2 hours on labor day to clean up the mess and tear out the flooring. Sam had great customer service and we knew we were in good hands with him. We had the Dry Out Guys do the repairs as well. Chris was easy to work with. I had water coming in through my laminate floor and didn’t know where it was coming from. When I called the Dry Out Guys they came immediately, but the damage had been done over a long period of time and I didn’t realize it. We discovered it was a leak in my toilet in the bathroom, which had spread under the tile in the bathroom and out to my living area as well as the walls surrounding the bathroom and closets. This company was referred to me by THE CITY of COLUMBUS!! That shows how good they are, and this was the ONLY company the city referred me to after a flood in my basement. We had a water leak and after reading other Google reviews, reached out to dry out guys for a quote. They were scheduled to come out on a Saturday and no call no showed. It’s now several days later and we’ve heard nothing back from them. Maybe it’s an oversight but obviously there is a reliability issue. Unfortunately our experience was nothing like the positive reviews we had seen. Update 6/15 I’ve included a screenshot of the phone call since The Dry Out Guys were unable to find it in their phone records.
When my basement flooded, because of a burst pipe, i didnt know where to start. I have never filed a claim before, so I started to call for quotes. "The Dry Out Guys" were the ONLY company that called me back the same day. From that moment, my house and I, were taken care of by wonderful caring people. All my belongings, my property and even my emotions were cared for by this company. Thank you "The Dry Out Guys". You made a horrible event as manageable as possible. Robin
