This company gets 10 ⭐️ from me! Absolutely the most competent, compassionate, hard working group of nice people I have ever hired to perform a job. My basement flooded in the middle of the night from the sump pump malfunctioning during the great flood of April 2025 and I awoke to a cement swimming pool under my entire home. We had water damage from a fridge leak. The Dry Out Guys came out within 2 hours on labor day to clean up the mess and tear out the flooring. Sam had great customer service and we knew we were in good hands with him. We had the Dry Out Guys do the repairs as well. Chris was easy to work with. I had water coming in through my laminate floor and didn’t know where it was coming from. When I called the Dry Out Guys they came immediately, but the damage had been done over a long period of time and I didn’t realize it. We discovered it was a leak in my toilet in the bathroom, which had spread under the tile in the bathroom and out to my living area as well as the walls surrounding the bathroom and closets. When my basement flooded, because of a burst pipe, i didnt know where to start. I have never filed a claim before, so I started to call for quotes. "The Dry Out Guys" were the ONLY company that called me back the same day. From that moment, my house and I, were taken care of by wonderful caring people. Quick response and competent drying work, but billing transparency was poor. I was given a verbal “around 2k” estimate with no written quote. Payment was requested before an itemized invoice was provided, and I had to ask multiple times to receive one. After reviewing the itemization, I identified an incorrect charge that I had them remove. Travel time was billed as labor without clear disclosure.
