I'm not sure I've ever experienced a purchasing experience quite like this one. I walked in and told the woman working there that I was looking for a kit with two kick drums. She stated they didn't have one in stock and suggested a different store, which I had visited earlier the same day. I found two identical kits that would work when put together, if I could switch out a few things and purchase some additional components. Great, "Old school" drum shop. Big inventory, knowledgeable owner who is always on site. Beginner or pro, they have what you need.
Ed and his wife were very kind and knowledgeable. I bought an Amican Indian bass drum. Ed and his wife shared with me enthustiastically the various ways to change sound, if I wanted. I was impressed with their knowledge.
If your in the market for unique or familiar percussion instruments, you must check this store out. I purchased my drum kit there as well as started lessons there. Personalized service and repair of instruments is something you can't get on the internet. Owner is a musican, which is valuable.The husband and wife owners are friendly, knowledgable and work hard to make this a special store!
