Worst Residence Ever!!!!! Don’t Airbnb here, Don’t rent here, Don’t buy here…….horrible staff and service…..not aloud to bring more than 2 people to the pool, horrible place overall
I’ve lived here for two years. Out of the SIX resident elevators only ONE or TWO have worked the entire time. The wait is 10-15 sometimes 25 minutes for an elevator! Managements sends us excuses via email every couple of months explaining that “an elevator” is down and they “apologize for the inconvenience.” The problem is it’s not just “an elevator” it’s FIVE. Five elevators have been down for two years! I live on a high floor and the stairwell is locked until you get 40+ floors down! If you make more than one or two trips ... read more

Great apt front office and maintenance dept! Never had an issue getting something fixed or taken care of!
