I was very disappointed and upset by my experience at this salon. I called ahead of time to confirm pricing and was told a haircut would be around $30 and that a blow-dry would be an additional $10. After receiving both services, I was charged $60. When I questioned the price difference, the owner contacted me, apologized, and acknowledged that there had been a miscommunication.
