Absolutely horrific experience with The Dream Junction. They never have items in stock, but mark the product "in production" anyway. After the estimated shipping date passes, it turns out they didn't have it in stock to begin with. They also mess up the prints, and getting a reprint means you run into the same problem above. I currently have a customer waiting for 11 days for a reprint (Already a week past their estimated shipping date). Pros: 1. Production and shipping is moderately fast to fast. I ordered a sample women's t-shirt (dark heather, medium) as well as a hoodie (black, medium) and received them in 2 weeks. My mother-in-law ordered a unisex t-shirt (deep heather, 3XL) and got it in 1 week. 2. Colors (light to medium, deep/dark heather). This is rather funny. Trash company! Their customer service is awful and non existent. They don’t honor the print times, my order still hasn’t been printed and they’ve had it for a total of 8 business days. They’ve chosen to ignore all emails asking for updates.
