I had a horrible experience with Joshua. It started by getting in the chair 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment which wasn’t the worst of it. The whole time felt so rushed and chaotic. He didn’t have the color that he said he was going to use for a root retouch. Asked around and nobody else had it so he ended up improvising by mixing something up which turned out so much darker than the rest of my hair. Joshua was so so so accommodating & kind! My hair came out amazing, better than I could have asked for! Very reasonable pricing and I was in and out of the salon within an hour and half or so! I have pretty bad anxiety, especially socially and I didn’t feel like I had to talk or act a certain way at all. That aspect is super important to me.
