I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by management at 62 Logan Road, particularly by The Manager Leandi. When I went to the office to resolve an issue with a storage cage, I was polite and even offered to pay an outstanding balance that was not in my name. Avoid Drapery Residencies at all costs. This place is an absolute stain on the renting community and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. We moved in to find the apartment infested with carpet moths. One year, dozens of emails, messages, and photos later, nothing was done. No pest treatment, no compensation, no care. The apartment is not liveable and a health hazard. Multiple car break ins, constant false fire alarms. Taylor the building manager is nice but the other lady has poor people skills and seems bothered to find solutions to any simple problems or requests. Body corporate are terrible and highly discriminative. This building is really a stain on the great reputation of the aria brand

Worst apartment. More than one resident lost their package because of the apartment staff. Every Friday, the apartment staff will have various reasons to be unable to find their people. No one will help you solve the problem. When your package is lost, you can't even find the apartment staff. They often leave their posts during working hours.
