This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. I have had many issues with this apartment. I had no ac for a month, my car got broke into and purse was stolen from the parking garage, I was told I would receive footage and never did, things break all the time, there is trash everywhere, and pest control didn’t come for a month. They knew for four weeks that there were bed bugs in my apartment and did nothing. Highly DO NOT recommend.
The apartment is very dirty and not safe.
Free visitor parking but still get booted If your registration for parking expires by 1 hour. Be aware that they will take any opportunity to fine you the registration is only good for 24 hours so be prepared to leave right away.
Apartment was not cleaned, even AFTER I notified them the day before my move in date, (except someone vacuumed the bedroom)when I moved in: cabinets had food stains on them and in them, fridge had food stains inside, oven was beyond gross inside, floor was dirty, window blinds had a layer of dust, ceiling fans had an inch of dust, massive pile of detritus on the laundry room floor, old razor blade and garbage in the bathroom cabinet. Theres a long list of reasons to not rent here but this one takes the cake. July 10th - Maintenance discovered this mold due to finding water on our floor from the locked utility closet. Locked the door. Said they would send a painter on Monday July 11/12th - Discovered the mold fully penetrated the whole wall to our washing machine room. Opened a ticket. The Ai won't let you put mold in the description and tries to reword your description to "Alleged" and "Suspected" growth. July 13th - followed up via email (radio silence)... read more
