I moved in back in 2022. My wife and I agree this has been by far the best Apartment we've lived in and It felt more like a home! Nice new appliances, large cabinets and plenty of space for what you pay for. The 24hour gym caused me to cancel my gym membership. My wife loved the office for printing and the nice coffee machine when she had extra work to do. We loved all the community events and food trucks! I am a current resident at the Drake on Summit but I made the recent decision to move. I am writing this review to inform current and future tenants about issues I have experienced at this property. 1. Security Concerns - There was a recent Google review of a car that was broken into. The resident posted photos of their broken car window along with trying to get updates from the property. UPDATE 2/19/26: Be very careful with the security deposit process here. After I moved out, my final charges totaled exactly $500, which just so happened to match the exact amount of my $300 security deposit and $200 pet deposit combined. Several of the deductions were carpet and damage-related charges. I had the carpets professionally cleaned before move-out. If I could give zero I would. Save yourself the headache. This has been a nightmare, I loved living here at first. Management is disappointing and terrible!
